PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a general requirement of inputting a character one character by one character by using the function called the single Chinese character converting function, as it is required to input a character string as a conversion candidate when registering a new conversion candidate in a Japanese converting dictionary. PSOLUTION: When receiving electronic name card data, name information is extracted to confirm that the extracted name information is already registered in the Japanese converting dictionary. When the extracted name information is not registered in the Japanese converting dictionary, the extracted name information is newly registered in the Japanese converting dictionary.
