PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously and efficiently suck a gas-liquid mixed phase without requiring scale up of an apparatus. SOLUTION: A gas-liquid separation tank 30 is partitioned by a partitioning wall 32 into an upper chamber 34 for separating a gas-liquid mixed phase and a lower chamber 36 for storing the liquid phase separated in the upper chamber 34. At the time of storing the separated liquid phase, the lower chamber 36 and the upper chamber 34 are communicated with each other and shut from the outside. At the time of discharging the liquid phase stored in the lower chamber, the lower chamber 36 and the upper chamber 34 are shut from each other and the lower chamber 36 is communicated with the outside.
