Also, a medical examination client terminal 30 records medical examination guide slip data as the basic data of the calculation of a medical treatment fee in an IC card 40 being a hospital identification card. Also, a medical treatment fee automatic computing and paying machine 20 reads the medical examination guide slip data recorded in the IC card 40, and inquires of a management server 10 about the validity/invalidity decision of the read medical examination guide slip data, and automatically calculates a medical treatment fee on the basis of the medical examination guide slip data, and presents the sum of a medical treatment fee and an operation procedure for the payment to the patient to make the patient pay the medical treatment fee.
