PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production condition calculation method, capable of determining an appropriate production condition for attaining the intended quality level by clarifying the relation between the actually obtained production condition and quality of product in production of a product, such as steel products, a quality adjustment method, a steel production method, a production condition calculation device, a quality adjustment system and a computer program. PSOLUTION: The production condition calculation device 1 clarifies the relation between the actually obtained production conditions and the quality of the product by converting p-kinds of condition data showing past production conditions related to the product to r-kinds (rp) of component scores, determining a regression equation, showing the relation between quality data and main component score by the regression analysis of the relation between the past quality data, showing the quality and main component score of the product, and returning the main component score in the regression equation to the original condition data. The device 1, further primarily determines an optimum production condition for attaining an intended quality of the steel product within various restrictions on facilities in actual production of the product.
