PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical management support technique for providing an index useful for management judgment of medical facilities by finding details of expenses of objects and nonobjects of medical compensation, objects of medical compensation having been claimed and not having been claimed yet, and expenditure held in the medical facilities for an in-hospital expense analysis system which analyzes expense constitution of medicines and medical materials used in the medical facilities. PSOLUTION: As details of medicine expenses (medical material expenses as well) within a prescribed period which are obtained from a financial database, medicine expenses as receipt objects which have been receipt-claimed are calculated (S105), medicine expenses as receipt objects which do not have been claimed yet are calculated (S106), and medicine expenses as receipt nonobjects are calculated (S108); and disposal loss of medicines having been disposed of is calculated (S107, S109), and in-hospital distribution management medicine expenses held in the medical facilities are calculated (S111), so that those are output as details of medicine expenses (S112).
