PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing bar uniting device capable of connecting crossing reinforcing bars mutually.;SOLUTION: This uniting device 1 constituted by an elastic material is stored in a storage space 620 and is pushed out by a pushing-out member 63. At this time, curved parts provided at both ends of the uniting device 1 advance while being pushed and opened by guide parts 611a, 611b of a guide member 61 and are guided to an outer peripheral position in a crossing part of vertical reinforcing bar Sr1 and horizontal reinforcing bar Sr2 positioned in a storage part 610 between the guide parts 611a and 611b. The uniting device is further pushed out by the pushing-out member 63, and the uniting device 1 separated from the guide member 61 is wound around the crossing part of the vertical reinforcing bar Sr1 and the horizontal reinforcing bar Sr2 by force (elastic force) for restoring elastic deformation to fix the vertical reinforcing bar Sr1 and the horizontal reinforcing bar Sr2 in a crossing condition.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
