PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to smoothly acquire desired information by letting a mobile terminal device side determine the presence of a specified application. PSOLUTION: The mobile terminal device 100 connected to a server apparatus via a communication network and having a wirelessly communicable IC chip is provided with: a transmission telegram message receiving section 102 provided in the IC chip for receiving a transmitted telegram message including parameter information and identification information of an application to be executed based on the parameter information; an application determination section 104 for determining whether or not there is an application corresponding to the identification information of the application included in the transmission telegram message; a transmission request generation section 108 for generating a transmission request of the corresponding application when determining that there is no application; an application storage section 114 for receiving and storing the application transmitted from the server apparatus.
