PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folder-type hinge device capable of ensuring a sufficient space to mount the other additional device therein, and a personal portable terminal using the same.;SOLUTION: This folder-type personal portable terminal invention comprises: a lower case including a hollow first hinge case formed on one side of an upper part; an upper case including a hollow second hinge case formed on the other side of the upper part while facing the first hinge case; a first hinge member including a fixed piece positioned within the first hinge case and a T-shaped first fixing flange formed integrally with the fixed piece and engaged with the lower case; a second hinge member including a cylindrical rotary boss positioned within the second hinge case and a T-shaped second fixing flange formed integrally with the rotary boss and engaged with the upper case; and a hinge connecting shaft of which the one terminal is fixed with the fixed piece and the other terminal is circumscribed in the rotary boss to be a rotary shaft of the second hinge member.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
