PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To activate people having concept of "Mottainai" (the emotion directed at material loss), to create a field where intellect/labor of an aged person are utilized, and admission into a society becomes one's own benefit.;SOLUTION: First, a description of an action principle 'reciprocity' of 'a society of the same name' is prepared. The 'reciprocity' brings the benefit to mutual members, wherein a business transaction of the member is 20% off. In the 'equal pleasure', a concrete plan of a 'society of a surname', a 'society of a family crest', a 'society of a name', 'a society of a hometown' or the like is prepared, and explanation and invitation are performed such that a person can join the society to which potential friend belongs. First, a session is opened without a leader. When admission applicants becomes 10 or above, a 'general head office' checks a career to assign a leader.
