The transmission has two concentric input shafts (1, 2) connected alternatively to a heat engine of a vehicle by concentric clutches (E1, E2) receiving a torque of the engine. Two output shafts (3, 4) are connected to the wheels of the vehicle by a differential (7), where the shaft (3) is shorter than the shaft (4). An electrical motor (26) is connected to an end of an additional shaft (5) arranged near the engine.
