The material has a screw (3) to fix a plate (2) to cervical vertebral columns, and a screw (30) to mount an intervertebral screw (13). Each of the screws (3, 30) has a hexagonal portion with facets. Two consecutive facets delimit a ridge. The ridges support against a band (8) to allow pivoting of the screws in one set of angular positions of the screws. Each facet is located near band`s smooth surface in other set of angular positions. The intervertebral screw supports a bone graft.
