The cylinder has a main body with air inlet and outlet openings (11, 12). The inlet opening is provided with a downward flow chamber that is provided with an upstream flow chamber. The upstream chamber is provided with another downward flow chamber, where the latter downward flow chamber is provided with another upstream chamber. The air flows into the body via the inlet opening and upward and downward to release air.
