The cylinder has a main body (10) with an air inflow opening (11), an air discharge opening (12), and several upward and downward flow chambers inside the body. Air enters through the opening (11) in the main body. Moisture in the air is released due to the upward and downward flow of air through the chambers, for reducing the air temperature. The air is then discharged from the opening (12), where the discharged air is cold and dry.
