The medium has a program for selecting source and destination devices based on network configuration data (1a). A verification path is determined by tracking physical connection. A network configuration verification data is produced from the data (1a) to find a redundant path between the devices. A network system is determined to have redundant physical connection, if the redundant path is found corresponding to the verification path. The configuration data describes the physical connection of the network system. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a reliability verifying method for verifying the reliability of a network system (B) a reliability verifying device for verifying the reliability of a network system.
