Translucent component for motor vehicle-head light, has lighting effect changing region and line for local influence of lighting characteristics of component, where region and line are manufactured by laser process
The component has a lighting effect changing region (3) and line (4) for local influence of lighting characteristics of the component. The region and line are manufactured by a laser process, which causes local matting of the headlight component against the remaining part of the component. The region and line are completely arranged within a material of the component in a three-dimensional format. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a headlight with a translucent component for a motor vehicle (B) a method of producing lighting effect in a translucent component of a motor vehicle-headlight.
