PURPOSE: A smelting reduction method is provided which is capable of improving physical and chemical properties of briquette manufactured by separately recovering metal iron from dust generated and blending the metal iron into briquette raw materials in fluidized bed type smelting reduction steelmaking process. CONSTITUTION: In a method for manufacturing ingot iron in fluidized bed smelting reduction apparatus of iron ore fines comprising hopper(100), fluidized bed reduction furnace(200), storage tank(300), agglomerating unit(310), separator(320), melting furnace(500) and melting furnace cyclone(510), wherein the melting furnace cyclone(510) is connected to the fluidized bed reduction furnace(200) through a reduction gas supply pipe(511), and the melting furnace(500) is connected to the melting furnace cyclone(510) through a dust circulation pipe(502), the smelting reduction method for recycling dust containing Fe in the fluidized bed type smelting reduction apparatus comprises the steps of collecting dust generated from the agglomerating unit(310) and separator(320); separating the collected dust into magnetic dust and non-magnetic dust; and supplying the magnetic dust into briquette raw materials of the agglomerating unit(310) to increase density and compression strength of briquette and discharging the non-magnetic dust into a Bischoff scrubber(800).
