Provided is an investment model managing method for enabling even a personal investor unfamiliar to investments to select a proper one from many investment models on the basis of objective standards such as working results. The investment model managing method comprises the step (S100), at which a server acquires a plurality of investment models (of portfolio and investment strategy) from a plurality of user terminals connected through a network and registers the models in a database, the step (S200), at which the server calculates the past and/or future virtual working results on the individual investment models registered in the DB, on the basis of the transaction data in the real transaction market, the step (S300), at which the server displays the details of the individual investment models and the virtual working results (e.g., ranking information) in the user terminal having demanded, the steps (S400, S500 and S600), at which the server accepts the offer of the real transaction by the investment model from the user terminal and executes necessary operations, and the step (S700), at which the server restores the fund for purchasing the investment model, partially to the creator of the investment model used.
