A method for blocking the chronic pain syndrome in cancer patient comprises catheterization of epidural space at the level of the affected organ switching off the corresponding spinal segments by chemical denervation technique, namely using the injections with 96 DEGREE ethanol. In addition, the epidural space is catheterized, and the chemical denervation is performed at the levels of the organs affected by metastases.
