It is possible to provide an at-home medical examination service having an environment in which a patient can feel as if the patient were actually in a hospital. That is, it is possible to cope with a sudden change of the patient or the like even if a patient terminal is not connected to a doctor terminal and the patient's sense of anxiety and loneliness for the sickness can be eliminated without increasing the load on the doctor. An at-home medical examination system includes a reception server , a communication server , a mail server, an administration management server, doctor terminals , a nurse terminal , a waiting room terminal , a reception terminal , and a pharmacy terminal. The at-home medical examination system is connected via a communication line to patient terminals and provides the at-home medical examination service via a video telephone. The communication server has a connection destination table and provides a virtual examination room, a virtual waiting room, a virtual nurse care room, a virtual individual conversation room, and the like according to the purpose. The patient terminal has a nurse call button and a medical examination sensor so that a nurse terminal is called upon a sudden change of the patient state and the patient vital can be monitored.That is, it is possible to cope with a sudden change of the patient or the like even if a patient terminal is not connected to a doctor terminal and the patient's sense of anxiety and loneliness for the sickness can be eliminated without increasing the load on the doctor.
