It is confirmed whether said image is at the maximum speed as the human motion and whether the image of the tentatively set, standardized working step is correct or not. Finally, in case the image of the standard working speed is determined, the two images are pictured on the same display to judge what extent the working speed of the evaluating worker is speedy (or slow) relative to the standard working speed, and the speed for reproduction is controlled until the two moving images agree, so that it is possible to obtain a ratio to the standard working speed.
