The tip treatment part 5 is a blind cylindrical body for which the tip part 5b of a cylindrical body 5a is closed and an outer blade 7 is formed at the peripheral edge part of a suction hole 6 formed on the peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 5a. Further, a cutter member 8 is disposed inside the tip treatment part 5 movably in the axial direction. Also, an inner tube 13 is provided with two lumens, the communication path 16 for inserting an operation wire 11 is formed by one lumen of the inner tube 13 and the carrying path 17 of excised tissues is formed by the other lumen.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
