PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting tool for observing oculogyration which can photograph oculogyration clearly without blurring picture images irrespective of subject's head motion, can observe oculogyration and the head motion simultaneously and synchronously, and can perform the examination of vestibulo-ocular reflection, natural vision vestibulo-ocular reflection, fixed vision vestibulo-ocular reflection, etc., by one unit. SOLUTION: This mounting tool for observing oculogyration 1 incorporates a photographing camera 3 in a mounting tool main body 2 to be mounted on a face or a head of a subject. Moving picture images of a front eye part photographed by this camera 3 are taken out as video signals, a transillumination part 4 in which the subject can see the outside directly is provided in the mounting tool main body 2, and a light source 5 illuminating the front eye part and the camera 3 are arranged at a position where the subject is not prevented from seeing the outside through the transillumination part 4 naturally.
