PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device having structure capable of fixing an optical element such as a lens, for example, in an optical element fixing means with high positioning accuracy.;SOLUTION: The optical device is equipped with the optical element 20, the optical element fixing means 11, an optical element pressing member 21 and a light emitting/receiving part 22. An optical element placing area 12 opened on the 1st surface 16 of the optical element fixing means 11 having the 1st surface 16 and a 2nd surface 17 and provided with at least two placing members 13 is formed inside the optical element fixing means 11. At least one placing member 13 has a displacing part 15, and the optical element pressing member 21 is fixed on the 1st surface 16 so as to cover over the optical element placing area 12, then the light emitting/receiving part 22 is disposed on the 2nd surface 17 and the optical element 20 is arranged between the optical element pressing member 21 and the placing member 13, whereby the displacing part 15 of the placing member 13 having the displacing part 15 is displaced, consequently the axial line of the light emitting/receiving part 22 and the axis of the optical element 20 are positioned coaxially.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
