PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales planning support system, method and program for further accurately and efficiently preparing a sales plan to be reflected on a production plan.;SOLUTION: A management computer 21 applies a collective business negotiation ID for discriminating a collective business negotiation management object different from regular business negotiation. Then, schedule/result management is performed by using the applied collective business negotiation ID by a collective business negotiation managing means. A management computer 21 performs the management of a sales planning based on a shipping result obtained by subtracting shipping quantity applied with the collective business negotiation ID from the shipping result. Furthermore, the management computer 21 calculates a season index by using layer-based shipping results, and decides the sales plan, and adds the schedule of a collective business negotiation subject to the plan to make the sale plan.
