PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical liquid dilution and mixing device capable of surely bleeding air entrapped in a pipe, easily performing air bleeding operation at a short period of time without making a hand touch a chemical liquid and discharging fresh water containing the chemical liquid to the outside.;SOLUTION: Differences in heights are sequentially are given to a water feeding passage (151), a dilution mixing part (157) and a downstream part (172) of a liquid feeding passage (170) to put the downstream (172) at the lowest position. A flow-in port (181) of a three way cock (180) including a first flow-out port (182) and a second flow-out port (183) is connected to a pump delivery port (62), a delivery passage (65) is connected to the first flow-out port (182), and an air bleeding passage (190) connected to the bottom (24) of the fresh water tank (20) at one end thereof is connected to the second flow-out part (183) at the other end (192) thereof.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
