PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inoculating and culturing shiitake mushroom, champignon, Ganoderma lucidum, and Ganoderma amboinense intended for clarifying whether agricultural chemicals are used. PSOLUTION: This method for inoculating mushroom such as shiitake mushroom, champignon and Ganoderma lucidum without using agricultural chemicals comprises putting and sealing carpophore pieces and a few toothpicks in a permeable sterilized bag, treating the bag, in which carpophore pieces and a few toothpicks are put, in hot water, inoculating after a few days hyphae on the toothpicks, piercing the toothpicks with hyphae in another bag having a preventive tape of germ invasion and holding many toothpicks to prevent germs from invading another bag and generating hyphae on many toothpicks in another bag.
