PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components and to reduce the size of an electronic unit. PSOLUTION: Through-holes 20 and 43 are formed in vertically-stacked printed wiring boards 18 and 19; a conductive part is formed on a tine plate 23 of a board connector mounted on the printed wiring board 18; ends of the tine plate 23 are inserted into the through-holes 20 and 43; the vertically-stacked printed wiring boards 18 and 19 are electrically connected through the conductive part of the tine plate 23; and the printed wiring boards 18 and 19 are fixed with the tine plate 23 at the position where they are vertically stacked.
