PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a feedback type logic circuit by using an adiabatic charging logic circuit. PSOLUTION: A feedback type adiabatic charging logic circuit has an input and an output and constitutes a feedback type logic circuit which feeds back its one output as one of inputs by using the adiabatic charging logic circuit. The adiabatic charging logic circuit is four-stage cascade connected (X, Z11, Z12, and Z13). The two inputs are inputted to the adiabatic charging logic circuit X of an initial stage of the four-stage cascade connected adiabatic charging logic circuit, and the output of the adiabatic charging logic circuit Z13 of the final stage is fed back as one input of the adiabatic charging logic circuit of the initial stage. With adiabatic charging load reuse type four-phase clocks PCK1, PCK2, PCK3, and PCK4 in which the phases are deviated by 90, are respectively applied to the adiabatic charging logic circuits X, Z11, Z12, and Z13 as power supplies, and the output of the adiabatic charging logic circuit of the previous stage is transferred to the input of the adiabatic charging logic circuit of the rear stage.
