PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-stage pre-crash manufacturing method of an aluminum honeycomb core capable of maintaining the shape of the honeycomb core and keeping the uniform foil thickness condition of a pre-crash part, and the aluminum honeycomb core manufactured by the manufacturing method.;SOLUTION: In the multi-stage pre-crash manufacturing method of the aluminum honeycomb core, as shown in (a)-(d), a core tip portion is worked into a pre-crash (the initial load reduced) portion 1a of 10 mm before it is immersed in etching solution, the honeycomb core 1 is immersed in the etching solution such as alkaline solution (for example, sodium hydroxide) to keep the constant foil thickness of the honeycomb core 1. As shown in (c), the etched honeycomb core 1x is secondly worked into a pre-crash (the initial load reduced) portion 1y, and an aluminum honeycomb core with a multi-stage pre-crash shown in (d) formed thereon is manufactured.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
