PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce down time that arises during the repair of a user's device.;SOLUTION: A call center 1 comprises a user information database 9 for storing information about users of a device 5; a user information extraction means for referring to the user information database 9 based on abnormal state information received from the device 5 and for extracting the user information of the user 3 using the device 5; a visit direction sending means for sending visit direction information to a terminal 12 that a repair person 7 has to direct the repair person to visit the user 3 according to the user information extracted; an expected visit time receiving means for receiving from the terminal 12 the expected time of visit at which the repair person 7 visits the user 3; and an order direction information sending means for sending to a parts inventory center 8 order direction information created according to an abnormal part recorded in the abnormal state information, the expected time of visit received by the expected visit time receiving means, and the user position information of the user information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
