The device has a belt (9-1) arranged between two rows of curved dents (15) of a drum (13) and supported at its one end by a pulley type rotating unit (18-1). The belt has projections (12) to transfer a vegetable matter (10) in the dents, towards the downstream of the device. The projections surround the drum to drive the matter, guided by a guiding chain, at a speed of matter advancement by a lower strand until the chain end.
