The plate has a rigid part (10) formed of two portions (11, 12) integrated in a symmetrical manner with respect to a principal plane (14). Sections of the portions defined in planes parallel to the principal plane decrease continuously from the plane (14). Axes of two openings (15, 16) are parallel between the openings and to the plane (14). A threaded rod of an osseous fixing screw is passed through each of the openings.
