The device has a neural network (312) with a context module (301), an output module (303) and a combinatorial module (302), whereby each combinatorial neuron pool (308-311) has at least one neuron that is coupled to at least one neuron from a context neuron pool (304,305) and at least one neuron that is coupled to at least one neuron from an output neuron pool (306,307). The weights of the couplings between neurons from different context neuron pools are lower than between neurons from the same context neuron pool. The weights of the couplings between neurons from different output neuron pools are lower than between neurons from the same output neuron pool. The weights of the couplings between neurons from different combinatorial neuron pools are lower than between neurons from the same combinatorial neuron pool.
