Cooking/baking oven has water feed system with curved tube connected with one end to blower chamber wall, and with spray jet nozzle at the other end for even steaming effect
The oven has a baking chamber and a blower chamber (10) separated from it via an air guide member (3) with intake and outlet. The blower chamber has heater (12) and a steamer device (20) with water feed pipe (21). The water pipe has a curved tube connected with one end to the rear wall (2) of the blower chamber opposite to the guide member. A nozzle (22) is positioned at the other tube end so that its spray jet (23) directly impacts on a ventilator rotor (11) of the blower unit. The heater has ring-shaped heater bodies and/or heat exchangers around the ventilator rotor. The steamer device has a regulator valve and a moisture sensor.
