FAILURE PREVENTION STRUCTURE FOR A GLASS OF A TAIL GATE FOR RESTRICTING THE TAIL GATE AND THE TAIL GATE GLASS FROM BEING OPENED COMPLETELY BY LIMITING THE SUM OF EACH ROTATION OF THE TAIL GATE AND THE TAIL GATE GLASS MOVING ABOUT A TAIL GATE HINGE UNIT AND A GLASS HINGE UNIT, RESPECTIVELY
PURPOSE: A failure prevention structure for a glass of a tail gate is provided to restrict the tail gate and the tail gate glass from being opened fully by limiting the sum of each rotation of the tail gate and the tail gate glass as a stop projection is hung by a fixing projection. CONSTITUTION: A failure prevention structure for a glass of a tail gate(200) is composed of a tail gate hinge unit(10) disposed in a rear part of a vehicle body and movably combined with the tail gate; a first rotating body(20) mounted movably to the tail gate hinge unit and rotated interlockingly with the movement of the tail gate; a stop projection(30) fixed on the outer peripheral surface of the first rotating body, rotated interlockingly in turning the first rotating body, and protruded at the predetermined length; a fixing projection(40) fastened in a predetermined position to hang the stop projection in turning the first rotating body at predetermined angle and limit the rotation of the first rotating body; a fixing unit(50) to which the fixing projection is fastened and settled; a glass hinge unit(60) to which the tail glass hinge unit installed to the tail gate is movably mounted; a second rotating body(70) disposed to one end of the tail gate glass, arranged movably to the glass hinge unit, and rotated interlockingly in opening the tail gate glass; and a rope member(80) of which one end is fixed to the stop projection, a portion is wound around the first rotating body, and the other end is fastened to the outer peripheral surface of the second rotating body.
