CONTROL LEVER SAFETY DEVICE FOR HEAVY EQUIPMENT FOR SECURING SAFETY BY PREVENTING A WORK DEVICE FROM WORKING ALTHOUGH THE CONTROL LEVER IS OPERATED OR TOUCHED WHILE THE EQUIPMENT STARTS
PURPOSE: A control lever safety device for heavy equipment is provided to secure user's convenience by facilitating entrance and exit of a cab even when a control lever of a console box is locked. CONSTITUTION: A control lever safety device for heavy equipment comprises console boxes(12) each having a control lever for operating a work device; a safety lever for tilting the console boxes rotatably fixed to one side of the console box of the door side of a cab to restrict driver's entrance and exit; tilt guide supports(16) each having a combining groove(15); one side of tilt latches(18) connected to the tilt guide supports; a latch holder(22) rotatably fixed to a fixing shaft(17) of the safety lever; a first gas spring(23) having one end rotatably connected to the tilt latch and the other end rotatably fixed to the console boxes; and a second gas spring(24) having one end rotatably fixed to a bracket and the other end movably combined to the combining groove of the tilt guide support. The console boxes are tiltably installed to the sides of a driver's seat. The tilt guide support is rotatably fixed to the inside of the console boxes. The tilt latches are fixed to the fixing shaft of the safety lever in a state rotatable on the console box to be linked when the safety lever is rotated. The latch holder has an uneven groove(21) detachably combined to a fixing pin(20) formed to a bracket to which the driver's seat is mounted. The second gas spring tilts the console boxes from the driver's seat by separating the latch holder from the fixing pin when the safety lever is rotated.
