PURPOSE: Provided are a method for preparing a uniform cellulose solution even at a low temperature by preventing the formation of film on the surface of cellulose powder due to the use of liquid concentrated N-methylmorpholine N-oxide of high temperature, a cellulose solution prepared by the method and a cellulose molded product prepared from the solution. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of dissolving 0.1-10 wt% of poly(vinyl alcohol) in liquid concentrated N-methylmorpholine N-oxide to prepare an N-methylmorpholine N-oxide (NMMO) solution; and supplying the obtained NMNO solution and a cellulose powder into an extruder, and mixing, swelling and dissolving the mixture in the extruder to prepare a cellulose solution. Preferably the poly(vinyl alcohol) has a degree of polymerization of 500-6,000 and a degree of saponification of 80-99.9 %, and the cellulose powder has an apparent diameter of 500 micrometers or less. Preferably the final cellulose solution contains 3-20 wt% of cellulose.
