PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of a polyethylene film which automatically adjusts light transmission to prevent the packed contents from being decayed, decolorized or perished with raising the value of the polyethylene film. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the polyethylene film adjusting light transmission automatically comprises the steps of: (i) mixing porous inorganic powder particles with 3-5m in average particle size, silver chloride and copper(I) chloride as a photosensitive material at more than 400 deg.C to produce inorganic materials; and (ii) producing the polyethylene film from polyethylene resin composition containing 3-10wt% of the inorganic materials.
