COMPLEX COOLING NOZZLE ASSEMBLY FOR COOLING WIRE ROD BY SPRAYING COOLING WATER ACCORDING TO FLOW AMOUNT DEVIATION OF SEQUENTIAL NOZZLES CORRESPONDINGLY TO RAPID COOLING ZONE DURING ROLLING PROCESS AND COILING TEMPERATURE OF FINAL ROUND WIRE ROD
COMPLEX COOLING NOZZLE ASSEMBLY FOR COOLING WIRE ROD BY SPRAYING COOLING WATER ACCORDING TO FLOW AMOUNT DEVIATION OF SEQUENTIAL NOZZLES CORRESPONDINGLY TO RAPID COOLING ZONE DURING ROLLING PROCESS AND COILING TEMPERATURE OF FINAL ROUND WIRE ROD
PURPOSE: To provide a complex cooling nozzle assembly in which a plural nozzles are formed in one body, injection pressure of sequential nozzles is different, the outer circumference of the nozzles is vertically divided into opening and sealing types, the nozzles are disposed for single application, and a through hole of the nozzles is shortly formed to easily control injection and naturally buffer high pressure water during the initial injection. CONSTITUTION: The complex cooling nozzle assembly for cooling control rolled wire rod comprises an upper cover plate(20) comprising input/output guides(21-24) in a central part of which a wire rod path penetration hole is formed, and which are connected to each other in such a way that they are spaced apart from each other in a certain gap, upper nozzles(100,100-1,100-2) formed by connection of the input/output guides, a cooling water outflow prevention plate(28) closely adhered to an upper part of the input/output guides, and a shaft support formed on the input/output guides; a lower base plate(20') comprising input/output guides(21'-24') on one side surface of which a shaft support(20'P) is formed in such a way that the shaft support(20'P) is rotatably fixed to the shaft support by a rotary shaft(20h), in a central part of which a wire rod path penetration hole is formed, and which are connected to each other in such a way that they are spaced apart from each other in a certain gap, lower nozzles(100',100'-1,100'-2) formed by connection of the input/output guides, and a filter(27) closely adhered to a lower part of the input/output guides; and an unit frame comprising cooling water circulation ports for supplying cooling water to the lower nozzles, and a cooling water inflow port piped to the cooling water circulation ports to supply cooling water to the cooling water circulation ports.
