Purpose: the small pin holder of the ultra micro with a conductive metal layer and its processing method is arranged to handle the small internal diameter of a ultra micro and forms an outer diameter, has a required thickness. Construction: a core member (4) is covered by a melted material layer, is the thawing by heat. One conductive metal coating (6) is formed in melted material layer. One forming layer (7) is formed in conductive metal coating by executing a forming process. By drawing core member, thus core member is removed. The cleaning of one technique is performed. On the melted material layer by a vacuum deposition method, conductive metal coating is sparsely coated.
