ANALYTICAL CHIP IMMOBILIZED WITH METAL ION ATTACHED CARBON NANOTUBES AND A BIOLOGICAL SAMPLE ANALYZING METHOD BASED ON A SPECTROSCOPIC METHOD USING THE SAME CAPABLE OF EFFICIENTLY IMPLEMENTING AN ANALYZING PROCESS BASED ON THE ULTRA-MINUTE AMOUNT OF A BIOLOGICAL SAMPLE IN A SPECIMEN SOLUTION
PURPOSE: An analytical chip immobilized with metal ion attached carbon nanotubes and a biological sample analyzing method based on a spectroscopic method using the same are provided to analyze various kinds of biological samples and chemical samples.;CONSTITUTION: An analytical chip immobilized with metal ion attached carbon nanotubes(100) includes a main body(12), a fluid inlet, a fluid outlet(25), a micro channel(30), a micro chamber(40), and a substrate(11). The fluid inlet includes a sample inlet(20), an analytic reagent inlet(21), and a spectrum analytic reagent inlet(22). The sample inlet is formed at the upper front part of the main body. The fluid outlet is formed at the upper rear part of the main body. The micro channel connects the fluid inlet and the fluid outlet and is arranged in the main body. The micro chamber is a part of the micro channel and is arranged between the fluid inlet and the fluid outlet. The carbon nanotubes are immobilized on the micro chamber.
