Purpose: for the broadcast on Internet use/search website content method and apparatus, make a search by receive search content from the speed fastly of peer terminal be not a central server, one P2P (equity) technologies are arranged to easily distribute content on the internet by using peer terminal using unworn resource in a peer terminal. Construction: one, which transmits/receives part (1901), needs information by transmission of network or reception. One content store part receives/stores a content file. One index manager (1903) extracts a keyword from the content file being stored in content store part, store index information, it combines keyword and the information for the content file to an index data base, integrally transmission index information manages the index information of peer terminal to a hub-end. One network server (1905) receives keyword from hub-end, and search/extract content matching has the keyword from index data base, reads corresponding content from content store part, transmits it to hub-end.
