PURPOSE: Green tea and aloe infused tea prepared by soaking dried green tea in a solution of stevioside, vitamin C, citric acid, sugar and purified water, mixing with an aloe vera gel and drying is provided. The product has a somewhat sweet-sour taste and high solubility in water and is rich in nutrients such as vitamin, minerals or the like. CONSTITUTION: The green tea and aloe infused tea contains 20 to 70% by weight of green tea, 2 to 4% by weight of an aloe vera gel, 2 to 4% by weight of citric acid, 4 to 6% by weight of vitamin C, 1 to 3% by weight of stevioside and 1 to 3% by weight of sugar. To prepare the tea, firstly, green tea is removed in foreign material and pesticide residues, dried at 30 to 50deg.C for 20 to 30hr to a moisture content of 13 to 18% and ground. Secondly, the green tea is soaked into a solution of stevioside, vitamin C, citric acid, sugar and purified water at 20 to 30deg.C for 6hr. Finally, the socked green tea is dried at 20 to 25deg.C to a moisture content of 10 to 15% in the first stage, mixed with an aloe vera gel, dried at 20 to 25deg.C for 15 to 45hr to a moisture content of 10% or less in the second stage and then ground to a size of 1 to 2mm.
