GREEN TEA AND APRICOT INFUSED TEA HAVING SOMEWHAT SWEET-SOUR TASTE AND HIGH SOLUBILITY IN WATER PREPARED BY SOAKING DRIED GREEN TEA IN SOLUTION OF STEVIOSIDE, VITAMIN C, CITRIC ACID, SUGAR AND PURIFIED WATER, MIXING WITH APRICOT FLESH AND THEN DRYING
PURPOSE: Green tea and apricot infused tea prepared by soaking dried green tea in a solution of stevioside, vitamin C, citric acid, sugar and purified water, mixing with apricot flesh and drying is provided. The product has a somewhat sweet-sour taste and high solubility in water and is rich in nutrients such as vitamin, minerals or the like. CONSTITUTION: Green tea is ground and dried to a moisture content of 15 to 20%, which is soaked into a solution of stevioside, vitamin C, citric acid, sugar and purified water at 20 to 30deg.C for 6hr. Then, the socked green tea is dried at 25deg.C to a moisture content of 15% in the first stage, mixed with apricot flesh, dried at 25deg.C for 45hr in the second stage and then ground. The obtained green tea and apricot infused tea contains 20 to 70% by weight of green tea, 70 to 20% by weight of apricot flesh, 3 to 9% by weight of citric acid, 2 to 6% by weight of vitamin C, 4 to 12% by weight of stevioside and 2 to 6% by weight of sugar.
