PURPOSE: A peak expiratory flow meter capable of continuous expiratory spirometry is provided to accurately move a detection grid plate by moving a moving plate on a plurality of rails. CONSTITUTION: A peak expiratory flow meter capable of continuous expiratory spirometry includes a first body(112) having a first expiratory flow opening(114) embedded therein, a lower case portion(110) having a plurality of rails and a moving plate implemented thereon, a downsized air expansion chamber(130) and an upper case(150). The downsized air expansion chamber includes a pressure conveying tube, an elastic plate(136) implemented thereon, and a pressure spring(140). The upper case includes a second expiratory flow opening(154) corresponding to the first expiratory flow opening, a second body having a detecting long hole(156), and a detection grid plate having a T formation and having an upper portion exposed outside of the detecting long hole and a lower portion covering an upper portion of the other side of the moving plate.
