PURPOSE: A method for breast cancer prognostics is provided, thereby accurately prognosing whether the breast cancer is relapsed or metastasized in a patient diagnosed with or treated for breast cancer. CONSTITUTION: The method for breast cancer prognostics comprises identifying differential modulation of each gene relative to the expression of the same genes in a normal populate in a combination of genes having the nucleotide sequences selected from SEQ ID NO:1 to SEQ ID NO:56, wherein the expression of the modulated genes has difference of 2 fold or more; the genes selected are up-regulated as a mark of relapse or metastasis; the genes selected are down-regulated as a mark of relapse or metastasis; and the p value showing the differential modulation is 0.05 or less.
