A three-dimensional tolerance simulator (50) performing three-dimensional tolerance simulation based on a three-dimensional model corresponding to a two-dimensional drawing, comprising a three-dimensional tolerance model creating section (54) including a section (58) for extracting tolerance information from the two-dimensional drawing, and a section (56) for specifying a tolerance plane forming an edge at a corresponding tolerance location of the three-dimensional model from the tolerance location on the two-dimensional drawing with reference to the two-dimensional drawing and the three-dimensional model projected thereon, a section (60) for altering the shape of the three-dimensional tolerance model at the tolerance ratio based on the tolerance information of the three-dimensional tolerance model, and a three-dimensional tolerance simulating section (62) performing dynamic interference check of a specified model selected from the three-dimensional tolerance model based on the three-dimensional tolerance model.
