Device for measuring formation in paper using wavelets, has charge coupled device camera catching image of paper illuminated by transmission, and computer analyzing image and utilizing algorithms based on mathematical theory of wavelets
The device has an illumination box that has as object to obtain uniform illumination through a paper. The paper is analyzed by transmission, and a charge coupled device (CCD) camera catches an image of the paper illuminated by transmission. A computer analyzes the image from the camera and utilizes algorithms based on a mathematical theory of wavelets.
