摘要

The method for treating the generalized fibrinous and purulent peritonitis by the controlled laparotomy using porolon tubular system and the system for purifying the draining tubes and draining the intraperitoneal abscesses in the setting of the generalized peritonitis. Upon the removal of the source of peritonitis and the lavage of the peritoneal cavity, the draining of the peritoneal cavity in the area of peritonitis is performed using porolon tubular system. Beforehand, the porolon base is soaked with multicomponent ointment composition prepared with water-soluble base. The system for cleaning the draining tubes inside is installed representing the fishing line with the button. In the cases of the intraperitoneal abscess in the setting of the generalized peritonitis the porolon tubular system is used as well as the irrigation system comprising the structure isolating the free peritoneal cavity for limiting the extent of further spread of infection. With this aim, the abscess cavity is sewed around by the strands of the greater omentum. The system for cleaning the draining tubes inside is also installed. Then the edges of the anterior abdominal wall are joined by spiral-like suture using the tube made of polyvinylchloride. The cleaning of the tubular drainages is performed by traction of the fishing line holding both its ends. As a result, the buttons take the working position and mechanically push the purulent and necrotic detritus outwards. The draining system providing the antiseptic solutions allows for washing the peritoneal cavity followed by administering of the ointments possessing different activities taking into account the phases of the purulent process as well as the susceptibility of the bacterial flora to antibiotics.
