A composition for parental administration as vaccine, composed of eprinomectin, one or more antigens of Boophilus microplus and a vehicle of the following composition: (a) an oily matrix composed in 60-75% (p/v) by oil, (b) a surface-active agent or a blend of surface-active agents in 9%-12% (p/v), (c) triethanolamine in an amount of 0.05% to 0.1% (p/v), (d) an antioxidant agent or a blend of antioxidant agents.
